Business First

Starting at $2,500 per Year

The Business First package provides comprehensive accounting and tax preparation services designed to meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses. Starting with a profit & loss statement and balance sheet or a completed “Business Organizer,” we offer fixed asset and loan amortization tracking, ownership basis monitoring, and an annual Trial Balance. Clients benefit from a QuickBooks diagnostic with optional cleanup and tailored year-end tax-to-book journal entries. Tax preparation includes one federal and state return, a pre-preparation intake meeting, and estimated tax vouchers based on financial projections. Additional services, such as payroll solutions through Paychex or in-house support for S-corps, are available for an extra fee. Post-tax season, enjoy one hour of support, IRS notice reviews, and a comprehensive annual planning meeting focused on tax optimization, compensation structuring, entity considerations, and compliance strategies. Business First ensures your financials are managed effectively, leaving you to focus on growth.

Premier

Starting at $500 per Month
The Premier package offers an all-inclusive solution for businesses seeking seamless accounting and tax management. With QuickBooks Online as a prerequisite, our services include monthly bookkeeping with transaction posting, account reconciliation, and fixed asset and loan amortization tracking integrated into your books. We also monitor ownership basis to ensure accurate deductions, avoid excess distributions, and calculate gains on business sales. Tax preparation covers one federal and up to two state returns, along with up to 10 contractor 1099 forms annually. You’ll receive quarterly financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances, plus estimated tax vouchers and a Q4 “true up” based on actual performance. Optional payroll services are available through Paychex or in-house for S-corps. After tax season, enjoy two hours of dedicated support, IRS notice reviews, and an annual planning meeting to optimize taxes, structure compensation, evaluate entity considerations, and strategize income and expense timing. Concierge

Starting at $800 per Month
The Concierge package offers a premium, all-inclusive accounting solution designed for businesses that demand expert financial oversight and personalized service. With QuickBooks Online “Essentials” or higher as a prerequisite, we provide monthly bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and integration of fixed asset and loan amortization schedules into your books. Our service includes ownership basis tracking to optimize tax deductions, avoid excess distributions, and calculate gains on business sales, along with necessary journal entries. Tax preparation covers one federal and up to five state returns, plus up to 20 contractor 1099 forms annually. You’ll benefit from real-time estimated tax payments, quarterly financial reports (including custom insights and aging reports), and optional payroll solutions through Paychex or in-house for S-corps. We also manage NC sales tax, business property tax, and LLC annual report filings. Beyond tax season, enjoy five hours of dedicated support, priority contact channels with next-business-day response guarantees, and semi-annual planning meetings.
